We want to extend our deepest thanks to our team members. Eligible employees will be entered into a drawing for a reward. The drawing shall occur at the end of the supervisor meeting.

To be eligible, employees must:

• Not have any disciplinary actions issued within the last 2 months.

• Be present to work as expected (no unexcused absences or tardiness) - For an absence to be excused, a PTO form must have been submitted in advance.

• Have successfully completed their probationary period (90 days).

• Be actively working and not on a leave of absence.

To enable diversity of winners, employees cannot win back-to-back or consecutive drawings.
