Pending field activity, MLC typically shuts down between Christmas and New Years Day to allow for our team members to spend quality time with our families. During this time, MLC shall continue to follow it’s Holiday policy (see our employee handbook for more details). Otherwise, if you would like to be paid for your time off, please submit a PTO request.
